Yeah, I totally get what you mean about going back and forth between the different time periods. Actually, now that I'm working on the next chapter, it's kind of a jarring experience because Kagetora is going through a severe emotional breakdown but I still have this mental image of a very strong Kagetora thanks to the plays. And to add to the visual confusion in my head, I keep seeing Tomita as Takaya while I'm translating LOL
