This is the first track of the special CD that came with the TV series DVD boxset, Takaya Baito Jigoku Meguri Hen. Not really based on any particular novel but just a light-hearted exchange between Takaya, Naoe and Chiaki.

A few notes before you read the translation
[+] okyaku-san: way of addressing a customer
[+] bakatora: stupid tiger
[+] dametora: useless tiger (translator's note: dametora normally refers to the period of inactivity of the Osaka-Kobe baseball team, the Osaka-Kobe Tigers, and Naoe is referring to the fact that the team played well that year; but more importantly, Naoe watches baseball? ^^)
